• You record and allocate all documents in financial accounting, such as incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements and cash receipts
  You monitor payment transactions and handle the dunning process
• You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• You reconcile supplier, customer and G/L accounts
• You prepare tax reports, such as advance sales tax returns, for the authorities
• In controlling, you provide support by providing the necessary information, customer and G/L accounts
• Prepare tax returns, such as the advance VAT return, for the authorities
• Support the controlling department by providing business analyses (BWA) for the management
• Take care of payroll

• You have completed training as an accountant (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You can score points with experience
• You have knowledge of payroll accounting
• You are confident in using accounting software (e.g. SAP, DATEV). e.g. SAP, DATEV, Microsoft Business Central)
• You are familiar with tax, commercial and social security law
• You are characterised by diligence, an affinity for numbers and logical thinking
