• You will process all accounting transactions relating to accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as fixed assets
• You will handle payment transactions and the dunning process reliably and meticulously
• You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• You will carry out electronic bookkeeping and data transmission conscientiously
• As the point of contact, you will be available to accountancy and tax advisers as well as external auditors

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administration assistant (m/f/d), bookkeeper (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in accounting and in data entry in ledgers and ERP programmes
• An understanding of laws and regulations, as well as a confident handling of figures, comes naturally to you
• You are confident in using standard MS Office programmes
• Your analytical thinking skills are a strong point
• You are characterised by an independent yet team-oriented approach to work
