• You maintain master data by creating customer details, addresses and payment terms in the system
• You check prices and set up discounts, special terms and current price lists
• You then carefully check the orders
• You check for incoming payments by reconciling the bank accounts with outstanding invoices on a daily basis
• You take care of the dunning process

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• You have some initial professional experience in accounting
• You have extensive experience with MS Office, particularly Excel
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit
