• You will be responsible for entering, allocating, checking and posting incoming invoices
• You will also carry out account reconciliations
• Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation and compilation of annual accounts and financial planning
• You will also prepare payment schedules

• Finally, you will produce statistics, analyses and reports

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you also have a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Navision
