• You will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards to ensure a transparent financial position
• In addition, you will be responsible for clarifying and reconciling all accounts, including intercompany reconciliations within the internationally active group of companies to ensure smooth processes
• Furthermore, you will actively support the preparation of analyses, analyses, reporting and controlling activities to manage business processes in accordance with IFRS standards
• As part of your role, you will be responsible for formally checking account assignment and processing of incoming invoices and prepare the necessary advance VAT returns for the authorities
• Furthermore, you will support the team in annual budget planning and forecasting to ensure a precise financial forecast for the management
• Finally, you will be responsible for communication with tax advisors, auditors and the Italian head office and act as a competent contact person for all accounting issues

• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship forms the basis for your successfully completed further training as an accountant (m/f/d) or financial accountant (m/f/d) for this position
• Founded professional experience in the field of bookkeeping and accounting according to HGB and a confident handling of common ERP systems, preferably SAP, characterise your profile
• You have a very good command of German at native speaker level as well as fluent written and spoken English for daily communication with our international interfaces
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of personal responsibility and a structured way of working, which is optimally complemented by a pronounced affinity for numbers and accuracy
• Finally, you are an absolute team player with a high level of commitment and always work reliably to successfully achieve common goals in a dynamic environment
• In addition to your professional expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
