• You will be responsible for preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards to ensure financial transparency
• You will also be responsible for clarifying and reconciling all accounts, including intercompany reconciliations within the internationally active group of companies, to ensure smooth operations
• Furthermore, you will actively support the preparation of analyses, reports and controlling activities to manage business processes in accordance with IFRS standards
• As part of your role, you will undertake the formal checking, accounting allocation and processing of incoming invoices, and you will prepare the necessary advance VAT returns for the authorities
• Furthermore, you will support the team with annual budget planning and forecasting to ensure an accurate financial outlook for the management
• Finally, you will be responsible for liaising with tax advisers, auditors and the Italian head office, and will act as the expert point of contact for all accounting matters

• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship forms the basis for your successful further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) or bookkeeper (m/f/d) for this role
• Your profile is characterised by sound professional experience in the field of bookkeeping and financial reporting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), as well as confidence in using common ERP systems, preferably SAP
• You have a very good command of German at native speaker level, as well as fluent written and spoken English for day-to-day communication with our international contacts
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility and a structured approach to work, which is perfectly complemented by a strong aptitude for numbers and a high degree of accuracy
