Job description

  • You will be responsible for the independent processing of financial accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting)
  • You will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the accounting department (e.g. bookings bookings, reminders, payment transactions and payment runs)
  • You are also responsible for booking banks and cash registers as well as account maintenance and reconciliation
  • You provide support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • You take care of checking and booking travel expense reports
  • You are responsible for preparing employee assignments abroad

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have gained experience in bookkeeping or accounting and have a good understanding of accounting principles and procedures
  • You are confident in using MS Office
  • Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
  • Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
