• You will check incoming and outgoing invoices for factual and mathematical accuracy
• Process and post incoming and outgoing invoices independently
• Support ongoing balance sheet accounting
• Carefully carry out balance reconciliations and balance transfers
• Conscientiously maintain and reconcile accounts
• Actively contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in invoice verification and the processing of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Good knowledge of balance sheet accounting characterises you
• You are confident with ERP systems or accounting software
• Good written and spoken German skills speak in your favour
• A structured, precise and independent way of working is one of your strengths
