• You will check and verify freight forwarders’ invoices to ensure they are factually and numerically correct
• You will check incoming invoices, file them and prepare them for posting
• You check bank statements and reconcile incoming and outgoing payments with outstanding items
• As part of the dunning process, you monitor payments due and issue reminders
• You will clarify any outstanding issues with the tax adviser, for example regarding credit card statements, missing receipts and payment notifications
• You will request missing receipts and documents and assign them to the correct entries

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will have gained experience in bookkeeping
• You have experience in checking incoming invoices and reconciling bank statements
• You are also confident in handling payments and the dunning process
• You are proficient in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
