You will be responsible for recording and processing incoming invoices. You will also handle the invoicing of outgoing invoices and monitor recurring entries. Furthermore, you will manage and monitor the dunning process. You will also manage and check the petty cash. Last but not least, you will monitor and prcheck provisions

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You also have relevant professional experience in the field of accountancy
• You have sound IT skills and are proficient in using MS Office and standard accounting systems
• Good written and spoken German is an asset
• A meticulous approach to work, the ability to work as part of a team and reliability round off your profile
• Last but not least, you are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
