• You are responsible for preparing the invoices in Excel
• You check the audit reports for completeness and ensure correct factual recording
• You are also responsible for checking and approving the auditors' invoices and travel expenses
• You prepare the invoices on the basis of contracts
• You prepare the invoices in SAP and are responsible for transferring items andinvoices and travel expenses

• You have completed training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained initial experience with accounting, billing and invoicing
• Your knowledge of SAP and Excel speaks for itself
