Job description

  • In your varied working day, you will be actively involved in accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset accounting as the central core of your work at our customer
  • through careful monitoring of open items and the constant reconciliation of accounts, you ensure high quality and precision within the entire finance department
  • Your responsibilities also include the professional maintenance and continuous updating of master data and the system-side import of all relevant booking data into the ERP system
  • with a certain amount of checking of travel costs

  • With the conscientious checking of travel expense reports and the implementation of the dunning process, you ensure the smooth running of administrative processes in the accounting department
  • In close cooperation with the head of accounting, you provide significant support in the achievement of important milestones
in preparatory activities for the monthly and annual financial statements.

Requirements

  • Your successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or office administrator (m/f/d) forms the solid foundation for your entry into this position
  • Sound professional experience in the aforementioned areas of accounting will enable you to to grasp complex issues with confidence and implement them independently within the processes
  • Your comprehensive IT skills in MS Office and modern ERP systemssystems are essential for the daily processing of digital business transactions and master data maintenance
  • Good written and spoken German skills at native speaker level are essential for your internal and external communication with all departments and partners involved
  • With a pronounced pleasure in dealing with numbers and a structured way of working, you will characterise your professional profile for this vacancy in financial accounting
