• In this role, you will handle day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable
• You will check, allocate to the correct accounts and post incoming and outgoing invoices
• You will monitor and process outstanding items and carry out the dunning process
• You will carry out and monitor payment transactions
• You will assist with monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures
• You will prepare analyses and accounting reports
• You will liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments on accounting matters
• You will provide support on tax matters and during tax audits

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in bookkeeping/financial accounting
• Professional experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable is an advantage
• You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with an ERP/accounting system, e.g. SAP, DATEV or similar systems
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are characterised by a structured, meticulous and independent approach to work, as well as good communication and teamwork skills
• You have a head for figures and a strong sense of responsibility
• You are characterised by your reliability, discretion and high level of accuracy
