• During the payment run, you check all due invoices and ensure that payments are made on time
• In accounts payable and accounts receivable, you keep track of open items and ensure they are posted correctly
• Through a consistent dunning process, you will remind defaulting customers of outstanding payments, thereby supporting a stable cash flow
• Through careful account reconciliation, you will resolve discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of the accounting data

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a commercial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• You have also gained at least 2 years’ professional experience in bookkeeping
• You also have a good command of spoken German
