• You are responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable and ensure that processes run smoothly
• You process outgoing payments promptly and carefully
• Payroll accounting also falls within your remit
• You will regularly reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts
• Working closely with other departments, you will ensure that processes are optimally coordinated
• You will assist with the preparation and completion of monthly and quarterly financial statements

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
• You have two to five years’ professional experience in finance and accounting
• You also have a strong knowledge of social security and tax law, particularly in relation to VAT
• You are confident in using ERP systems and MS Office
• Knowledge of Sage Accounting and Varial World Edition (payroll accounting) would be an advantage
