• You will be responsible for independently handling day-to-day financial accounting, as well as providing comprehensive and reliable accounting support to the various international subsidiaries
• You will also be responsible for the timely preparation of all monthly and annual financial statements, taking into account the applicable local tax requirements
• Furthermore, you will oversee the preparation, validation and professional presentation of all monthly financial and accounting reports for management
• Compiling and reconciling relevant financial and accounting information for auditors is also part of your day-to-day duties
• As part of your role, you will support the technical coordination and targeted leadership of the dedicated team within operational financial accounting
• Furthermore, you will support the active development of future-proof process improvements, as well as the sustainable standardisation and automation of key accounting processes

• You have successfully completed further training to become a certified accountant (m/f/d) following an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a tax clerk (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ relevant professional experience in financial accounting, as well as initial, demonstrable experience in leading specialist teams
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of common ERP systems and your professional and experienced use of MS Office applications
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English, sufficient for business negotiations
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and a very structured, goal-oriented and independent approach to your work
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
