You will invoice service orders to customers based on the invoicing backlog; you will also enter the service technicians’ work reports:into SAP. You source invoicing-related documents to use as a basis for calculation and as attachments to the invoices. You reliably handle the dispatch of invoices. Furthermore, you process outstanding material items. Last but not least, you handle pay-related enquiries from technicians or the HR department

• You have successfully completed a two-year commercial apprenticeship
• You have relevant professional experience in the commercial sector
• You have a good command of MS Office and, ideally, practical experience of using SAP
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• The ability to work as part of a team and reliability round off your profile
• Residence in Germany and a valid work and residence permit for Germany are essential
