• You will independently check, allocate to accounts and post incoming invoices
• You will ensure that payments are made on time and prepare them carefully
• You will process reminders and resolve any outstanding invoice queries
• You will liaise with Purchasing (SCM) and other internal departments regarding queries and discrepancies
• You will import posting files, as well as process and check interfaces
• You will carry out account reconciliations and maintain accounts payable
• You will resolve outstanding items and bring them to a close
• You organise and document invoices and supporting documents in a traceable manner
• You maintain and keep vendor master data up to date

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or Tax Clerk (m/f/d)
• You have professional experience in accounts payable or financial accounting
• Your strengths include confidence in using MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as an ERP or accounting system
• You demonstrate strong communication skills in German when liaising with the Purchasing (SCM) department and other internal departments
• You can provide valid work permits
