• You will be responsible for day-to-day accounts payable and will post incoming invoices accurately and on time
• As part of the dunning process, you will monitor outstanding items and initiate appropriate dunning steps where necessary
• You will handle out-of-court debt collection and resolve outstanding payment issues with the relevant business partners
• You will regularly reconcile supplier accounts and ensure they are correctly maintained
• You check incoming invoices for accuracy and allocate them to the relevant cost centres
• In the event of discrepancies or differences, you contact suppliers and resolve these independently
• You maintain and update supplier master data in the accounting system
• You also assist with preparing payment runs and liaising with other accounting departments

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d); alternatively, you have several years’ experience in accounts receivable management
• Experience in accounts payable would be an advantage
• You are confident in using standard accounting systems and MS Office
• Good German language skills and a reliable approach to work round off your profile
