• you check the incoming invoices
• you check parked invoices with regard to the use of the correct vendor
• you compare the master data of the vendor created in SAP with the invoice available for posting
• you carry out the final posting and release invoice
• you carry out the final posting and release of the pre-entered incoming invoices for payment to the supplier
• you process complex or technically difficult posting transactions in the regional area, including extensive factual checks and balancing processes

• You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in accounting
• Property industry and SAP knowledge is an advantage for you
• You are confident in using MS Office
• Reliability and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you
