Your responsibilities

• You will carefully check accounting vouchers for completeness and accuracy
• Preparing and finalising accounting documents for archiving purposes is one of your core responsibilities
• You will be responsible for the systematic archiving of the checked documents
• You will play an active role in posting supplier invoices
• You will carry out account reconciliations independently
• You will resolve any discrepancies in documents or accounts in consultation with the relevant contacts
• You will support the team in the day-to-day operations of accounts payable
• You will carry out administrative tasks in accounting reliably and on time

What we are looking for

• a completed commercial apprenticeship, for example as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office clerk (m/f/d); alternatively, a degree in business administration
• You have professional experience in corporate finance and accounting
• Ideally, you have experience working with SAP modules such as financial, fixed assets and loan accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
• You are a team player
• You work meticulously and independently, carrying out your tasks reliably
