• You will manage and verify payment transactions both domestically and internationally
• You will be responsible for retrieving bank statements
• You will record and settle travel expenses
• You are also responsible for invoice verification as well as account and master data maintenance
• You handle the posting of discount and cash discount agreements
• You process invoices that have been blocked for payment
• Processing supplier reminders falls within your remit
• You initiate the reminder process for uncredited credit notes
• You file supplier invoices and supporting documents

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will have gained experience in financial accounting
• You are confident in using MS Office and the SAP system
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
