• You are responsible for checking and posting daily incoming invoices
• You will carry out regular account reconciliation
• You will be responsible for preparing and executing the payment run
• You will also be responsible for maintaining the master data for supplier accounts
• You will be entrusted with managing the postbox and handling travel expenses
• You will also assist with the financial statements
• Your remit is rounded off by entering the relevant data using Navision

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in bookkeeping
• Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
• You have a very good head for figures
• A courteous and confident manner comes naturally to you
