Job description

  • You process incoming invoices by account assignment, posting and forwarding them for approval
  • With care you prepare and execute weekly payment runs
  • The administration and posting of individual payments are part of your daily tasks
  • You maintain and reconcile supplier accounts and the associated general ledger accounts
  • Your task is to, Post travel and expense reports
  • You will actively support monthly, quarterly and annual accounts payable
  • In cooperation with Group Finance and other departments, you will ensure timely processing and reporting
  • You will provide support in Controlling

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • In addition, you have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance function
  • Fundamental knowledge of controlling principles characterises you
  • You are familiar with the regulations of the German Commercial Code (HGB); IFRS knowledge is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and experience with ERP systems, ideally Navision
  • You are confident with MS Office packages
  • Your German and English skills are good
  • You work in a structured, reliable and team-oriented manner
  • Your high attention to detail and practical attitude help you in your day-to-day work
