• You create outgoing invoices and credit notes and post them correctly
• You reconcile bank accounts and cash registers with the open items
• You collect overdue payments in writing and by telephone as part of the dunning process and receivables management
• You carry out credit checks and assess the default risk of customers

• You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have an affinity for numbers and initial professional experience in accounts receivable
• Sound knowledge of MS Office is part of your qualifications
• You are characterised by conscientiousness, diligence and reliability
