• You are responsible for posting current business transactions (incoming payments, credit notes, direct debits) as well as account clarification and processing open items
• You take care of the creation and dispatch of reminders including monitoring deadlines
• You are responsible for personally clarifying payment differences and coordinating with customers
• Maintaining master data (accounts receivable). You are responsible for the personal clarification of payment differences and coordination with customers
• The maintenance of master data (customer accounts, terms of payment) is part of your area of responsibility
• You provide support with monthly and annual financial statements (e.g. debtor lists) and play an active role in receivables management

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained several years of experience in accounts receivable accounting
• Your knowledge of dunning and basic knowledge of receivables management speak in your favour
• The confident use of ERP/accounting systems is a matter of course for you
