Job description

  • In this role, you will lead a team of at least 13 staff members, manage and monitor the deployment of field staff for installations and services, whilst keeping a close eye on the budget
  • You will be responsible for the operational management of orders in metering point operations, covering the installation, removal and replacement of metering equipment across all voltage levels (HV/MV/LV)
  • You will carry out and coordinate commissioning and system inspections, as well as fault management
  • You will oversee specialised metering systems such as PV, EEG/CHP installations, heat pumps and radio remote control systems
  • You will implement regulatory requirements regarding calibration deadlines, inspection reports, service suspensions and reinstatements in a timely manner
  • You organise and carry out meter reading processes, inspections of empty properties and associated investigations
  • You continuously create and maintain working documents, and train and induction new staff
  • You will play an active role in and manage projects relating to metering point operations and metering services, identify opportunities for optimisation and implement improvement measures across departments; you will also contribute to the standardisation and further development of processes, as well as to the introduction of new technologies, systems and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed an electrical engineering apprenticeship as a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) or an Electrical Engineer (m/f/d)
