Job description
- Preparatory activities for reporting to the head office and the processing of commercial tasks in financial accounting and administration are carried out in a structured manner
- You monitor incoming payments, initiate dunning processes and prepare vendor payments, making effective use of accounting systems
- Reconciling intercompany transactions and providing administrative support in the HR department
- Organisational tasks such as processing insurance claims, acting as a receptionist and participating in trade fairs or customer events are part of your varied daily routine
- Working efficiently with tools such as MS Office and commercial systems, you ensure smooth processing
Requirements
- With a completed commercial apprenticeship such as office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d) or comparable professional experience, you are ideally qualified, also as a career changer with demonstrable practical experience
- good knowledge of MS Office and in dealing with commercial systems such as accounting software enable you to process data efficiently
- strong communication skills and customer orientation characterise you in your cooperation with internal and external partners
- organisational talent and a structured way of working ensure smooth processes in demanding office activities
- flexible and team-oriented work are among your strengths; Ideally, you will have gained some experience in financial accounting or personnel administration
