Job description
- You carry out a wide range of administrative tasks and reliably take care of all processes that arise
- With your confident handling of numbers, you collect, analyse and prepare data in a clear manner
- You document all processes cleanly and comprehensibly, so that processes remain clear and transparent
- You greet customers in a friendly manner and make sure that everyone feels welcome
- You confidently take care of the switchboard, answering calls, forwarding them or providing information
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification - ideally supplemented by an additional HR qualification
- You have at least two years of experience in the HR department of a manufacturing company
- You have a sound knowledge of MS Office; Ideally, you also have experience with HR systems such as SAP or time recording systems
- Fluency in German and a good command of written and spoken English are part of your profile
- You are characterised by your structured, careful and service-oriented way of working
- You are a team player, discreet and handle sensitive information responsibly
