Job description

  • You will be responsible for billing as well as the administration, maintenance and creation of customer master data, including the entry of new customers in the system
  • :in the system
  • According to legal requirements, you determine advance payments and payments on account
  • In addition, you communicate with the organisational units, offices and authorities involved and ensure a smooth flow of information
  • You process invoices, carry them out and then enter them in the accounting run
  • You create overviews and statistics for the customer master data management, e.g. for the customer's account. B. on changes of ownership or new connections
  • you ensure that you can be reached by telephone and answer frequently asked questions
  • simple correspondence such as meter readings, email responses or requests for documents
  • you also prepare form letters for objection processing and owner checks
  • you prepare files, add missing information and create correction and amendment notices

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an administrative assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Your knowledge of contract and commercial law is desirable
  • You already have experience in commercial processing
  • Sure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel) and standard commercial software is a matter of course for you
  • Very good written and spoken German language skills and a valid work permit are available
