For our client, a medium-sized milk processing and dairy company in Rückholz, we are looking for you as an administrative assistant (m/f/d) as part of the temporary employment with takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the complete organisation of all administrative processes within the administration, taking into account internal quality standards and the applicable deadlines
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the professional handling of written and telephone correspondence with external partners and the cooperative members of our long-established client company
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the careful maintenance and updating of master data in the IT system, ensuring complete documentation of all business transactions for downstream departments
  • The independent processing of mailsystem and ensure complete documentation of all business transactions for the downstream departments
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail independently and outgoing mail as well as the coordination of appointments for the management are also part of your daily tasks in this versatile working environment
  • as part of your job, you will support the accounting department in the preparatory invoice verification and take over the filing of documents in accordance with the legal retention periods and internal guidelines
  • you will also support the team in the planning and organisation of internal events and meetings by preparing all necessary documents and rooms in a structured manner

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or dialogue marketing clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in a similar position within administration or processing, ideally with a background in the food production industry or an agricultural business
  • You have a sound knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel, which will help you to create documents and tables on a daily basis in your new area of responsibility
  • Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, and a clear manner of expression are essential for communicating with customers and colleagues:and colleagues in your daily work routine
  • Furthermore, you bring a high degree of reliability and a strong service orientation to master the daily challenges in a dynamic environment confidently and independently
  • In addition to your professional expertise, you also bring a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany to this responsible position
