Job description

  • You are responsible for organising and tracking service and spare parts deliveries
  • You invoice service orders and create credit notes in the service area
  • You manage the service outlets in Germany with
  • colleagues:
  • You will administratively train and instruct your colleagues
  • You will administratively process demo, loan and rental equipment, including contracts, handovers and brief instructions on site
  • You will be responsible for the procurement of loan and test equipment
  • You will organise inventory bookings for equipment and stock items
  • You will process, accept and forward complaints; Warranty processing is also one of your tasks
  • You look after customers:You document business processes and create work instructions
  • You complete ongoing tasks and small projects
  • As an administrative interface, you accompany service topics for sales in your branch office
  • You organise and carry out events in the branch office


Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with professional experience
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and a good command of English
  • You also benefit from technical knowledge
  • Your communicative and organised way of working rounds off your profile
