• You will carry out the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery independently, whilst adhering to technical and safety standards
• You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and professionally resolving technical issues with machinery and commercial vehicles
• You will also support customers throughout the service process, explain technical procedures to them and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Carrying out regular inspections of workshop and field service vehicles, as well as documenting all work steps, is also part of your role
• As part of your role, you will use modern diagnostic and testing equipment and ensure that all machinery is always operational and safe
• Finally, you will support the workshop team in optimising workflows

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an agricultural machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or commercial vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• you also have practical professional experience in the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery or commercial vehicles, ideally with a master craftsman’s certificate
• Your familiarity with modern diagnostic and testing equipment, as well as carrying out regular inspections, makes you a valuable asset to the team
• You have good to very good written and spoken German and can explain technical matters clearly to customers
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of reliability and technical expertise, whilst flexibility when working in the field is an advantage
• You also hold a valid Class B driving licence, ideally also a Class CE licence
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your professional qualifications, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
