• You will lead international AI and automation projects, from identifying suitable use cases through to successful implementation and scaling
• You will analyse business requirements and use them to develop scalable AI and data-driven solution concepts for Supplier Quality, Procurement and other business areas
• You will design, pilot and implement AI and automation solutions in collaboration with line organisations, IT and external partners
• You will manage project planning, business cases, KPIs, resources, timelines and risks, and ensure the successful implementation and sustainable use of the solutions
• You will support the roll-out of new AI solutions through validation, quality assurance and compliance with security and regulatory requirements

• You hold a Master’s degree, for example in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or a comparable subject
• You have several years’ professional experience in project management as well as in digital transformation, process optimisation or automation within an international environment
• Furthermore, you have in-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence, generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation and data-driven business process optimisation
• You also have practical experience in the design, configuration, piloting or implementation of AI and data-driven solutions, and possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, RPA, SQL, Python and Snowflake
• You are fluent in spoken and written English and are willing to travel internationally for up to 25 per cent of the time
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
