• You will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical advice to our customers, both via virtual meetings and on-site, to ensure the best possible solutions are found
• In addition, you will work with customers and the sales team to develop application-specific solutions for a range of complex joining technology challenges
• You will also oversee the technical and quality-related implementation of the developed concepts in close coordination with the production plants
• Providing ongoing support to the sales team on technical matters is also part of your varied and responsible role
• As part of your day-to-day work, you will draw up detailed technical documentation and present the results convincingly to partner companies
• Finally, you will be responsible for analysing customer complaints and, in collaboration with Quality Management, initiating sustainable corrective measures

• You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering, or hold a qualification as a technician (m/f/d) Specialising in Mechanical Engineering
• You also have solid professional experience in technical consultancy or in a comparable role within mechanical joining technology
• You stand out thanks to your confident knowledge of standard MS Office applications and initial experience with modern ERP systems
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English for communication
• Furthermore, you possess strong communication skills and a high degree of flexibility for on-site customer support
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
