• You will be responsible for comprehensively handling all complex property law issues relating to modern energy facilities and our client’s wide-ranging infrastructure projects
• You will also be responsible for independently drafting and ensuring the legal soundness of all contractual documents to permanently secure relevant property rights
• Furthermore, you will oversee negotiations with private landowners, public authorities and other involved partners in a solution-oriented and professional manner
• Obtaining and coordinating official permits within the required timeframes, as well as handling requests for easements, will also form part of your duties
• As part of your role, you will support challenging constructionand infrastructure projects with regard to all land-related planning law and relevant legal aspects
• Furthermore, you will support the targeted technical and legal coordination of complex issues with all internal stakeholders and service providers
• Finally, you will be responsible for attending on-site meetings as a competent point of contact and for monitoring all agreed contractual provisions

• You have successfully completed a vocational or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Law, Business Law or Business Administration
• You also have sound practical experience in the field of regulatory compliance, in property law or related legal matters
• You are distinguished by your confident proficiency in standard Office applications as well as in the use of industry-specific software and databases
• You have a business-fluent command of written and spoken German, enabling you to communicate professionally with various contacts
• Furthermore, you possess strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and strong communication skills for negotiations with
• you are also a determined individual and always work in a structured, independent manner whilst upholding high quality standards as part of a team
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
