• You will be responsible for the professional project management of construction works, ensuring compliance with all public-law regulations and the client’s internal guidelines
• To ensure projects run smoothly throughout all phases, you will be responsible for project management, scheduling, and cost control and management
• You will oversee the construction-specific preparation of projects by clarifying the scope of work and drawing up and coordinating the programme
• You will develop suitable concepts, taking into account the users’ requirements and the economic framework
• You will support the necessary technical coordination with the state ministries and the relevant local state authorities
• For the assigned construction works, you will assume the contractor’s responsibilities in the areas of health and safety at work, the prevention of accidents at work and work-related health risks
• You will draw up specifications for external architects and specialist engineers yourself
• You will oversee the coordination of the planning documents and liaise with internal and external departments on this matter

• You have completed a Bachelor of Science (m/f/d) in Architecture, a Diplom-Ingenieur (m/f/d) in Architecture or a Bachelor of Engineering (m/f/d) with a relevant specialisation
• You have at least three years’ relevant professional experience in the successful management of large-scale construction projects, preferably in the field of research
• You have a sound knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, MS Office and modern project management tools
• You possess in-depth specialist knowledge of VOB, VHB, LBOs, HOAI and RBBau
• You have excellent written and spoken German at C1 level
• You demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and mobility for regular work in the region
• You impress with strong communication skills for collaborating with internal and external departments
• You are characterised by a strong sense of responsibility
• You are a team player and always work in a structured and goal-oriented manner when implementing complex construction projects
• A valid work permit and a permanent residence in Germany round off your profile
