• You will be responsible for the holistic design planning and the detailed conceptual design of modern buildings, taking all relevant specifications into account
• You will also be responsible for the precise preparation of all necessary building plans and the technical drafting of complex drawings
• You will also oversee the professional preparation of all necessary planning applications and coordinate these closely with the relevant authorities
• Forward-looking planning of construction costs and ensuring continuous adherence to all specified timeframes are also part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the coordination and technical supervision of the various construction works directly on site
• Furthermore, you will provide expert advice to all clients regarding their individual requirements and architectural visions
• Finally, you will be responsible for comprehensive quality control throughout all phases of construction, taking into account all internal standards and guidelines

• You have successfully completed a degree in architecture, civil engineering or building services engineering with a relevant specialisation
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in the independent planning and management of complex construction projects
• You stand out thanks to your confident proficiency in standard CAD programmes and the usual software applications for construction cost planning
• Your business-fluent command of written and spoken German enables you to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
• Furthermore, you possess excellent organisational skills and strong communication skills for professional interaction with clients
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
