• You will design and plan buildings, taking into account both aesthetic and functional requirements
• You will draw up precise construction plans independently and develop them in detail
• You prepare planning applications and compile the necessary documentation
• You plan and manage construction costs and deadlines throughout the entire project
• You supervise the construction work on site and ensure that the plans are implemented professionally
• Throughout all planning phases, you provide professional advice to clients and offer them expert support

• You have successfully completed a degree in architecture or civil engineering, or hold an equivalent qualification
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in the field of construction planning
• You have sound CAD skills and are proficient in MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You possess strong team spirit, organisational skills and reliability
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit
