• You will be responsible for carrying out independent preliminary design work and the complex planning required to obtain planning permission for a range of turnkey industrial and commercial construction projects for our clients
• You will also be responsible for detailed construction planning and the creative design of complex architectural details as part of our well-coordinated team of architects
• You will also oversee the holistic development of modern architectural concepts and coordinate the complex planning tasks directly from an architectural perspective
• Your responsibilities will also include the precise coordination of all designs with qualified subcontractors and the various product suppliers
• As part of your role, you will support the in-house cost estimation and procurement department by providing specific technical details and planning data
• Furthermore, you will support the site management team through regular on-site visits to gain a first-hand understanding of current progress
• Finally, you will be responsible for thoroughly checking that work on site is carried out in accordance with the plans and for ensuring compliance with high quality standards

• You have a degree in architecture as an architect (m/f/d), civil engineer (m/f/d) or industrial engineer (m/f/d)
• You also have at least five years’ solid professional experience as an architect in turnkey industrial and commercial construction on large-scale building projects
• You are distinguished by your confident proficiency in Nemetschek Allplan and Autodesk Revit, as well as holding a Class B driving licence
• You have business-level German proficiency at C1 level, as well as good and confident written and spoken English skills for international contacts
• Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to assert yourself, combined with a strong team spirit
• Finally, you are interculturally competent and always work completely independently, in a structured manner and with a high level of personal commitment
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
