Your responsibilities

• Using a screwdriver, you’ll carry out simple assembly of components and perform the work steps carefully
• You’ll be responsible for assembling various end products, including plastic connectors and the final assembly of linear lights
• You will pack the finished products conscientiously and prepare them for safe transport
• You will check assemblies for completeness and quality and reliably identify any discrepancies
• You will assemble individual components with precision and check that they fit correctly
• During the final inspection, you will sort out faulty parts and document the results
• You will keep tools and equipment in good working order and tidy
• Where required, you will support your colleagues at other workstations in the production area

What we are looking for

• As a career changer (m/f/d), you are very welcome to apply
• Ideally, you have experience in assembly
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is a key attribute
• You demonstrate a willingness to work a two-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Thanks to your excellent fine motor skills, you work precisely and neatly
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as an energetic approach to work, are key strengths of yours
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
