• You repair spectacles in accordance with company guidelines and carry out meticulous finishing work and quality control in the workshop
• You also dismantle spectacle frames, reliably check individual components and are responsible for the proper sorting and storage of spare parts
• You assemble spectacles using precision tools, whilst following technical instructions and working strictly in accordance with specified work procedures
• You will also carry out fine adjustments and functional tests, ensure correct final assembly and consistently adhere to all quality standards
• You will be involved in the maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of tools and workstations, thereby ensuring a smooth production process
• Finally, you document regularly performed work steps, report deviations immediately and support the optimisation of internal work processes within the team

• Even without formal qualifications, you can successfully start out as a motivated trainee or career changer and get to grips with spectacle assembly straight away
• Furthermore, you have manual dexterity and demonstrate excellent fine motor skills and a keen eye for detail when handling small parts and precision tools
• You have good to very good written and spoken German and can reliably follow work instructions and quality specifications
• Furthermore, you are meticulous, reliable and a team player, enabling you to integrate seamlessly into existing processes and the production environment
• Finally, you are committed, keen to learn and work independently, whilst maintaining a clear overview even when carrying out repetitive tasks
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
