• Processing the MRP list on a daily basis is part of your remit
• You regularly maintain MRP notes and MRP parameters
• You are responsible for checking the availability of parts in the MRP area and processing the missing parts list, taking replenishment lead times into account
• You set delivery dates for parts in the MRP area, taking capacity into account, maintain them and request them for parts sourced from purchasing, in-house production and subcontractors (e.g. extended workbench)
• You manage assembly orders to meet deadlines, prioritise them in accordance with specifications and proactively report back on the deadlines to be met
• in the event of short-notice workload increases, you initiate capacity reallocations and proactively assess available assembly capacity
• In collaboration with the segment manager, you manage assembly capacity utilisation in accordance with internal guidelines
• You initiate and track assembly orders, including checking availability and processing the list of missing parts

• You hold a qualification as a Master Craftsman (m/f/d), Technician (m/f/d), engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in a commercial field
• you have knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
• IT skills, with a focus on MS Office and SAP applications, are also part of your profile
• Knowledge of the products, production processes and workflows will be an asset
• You possess good communication and organisational skills
