Assembly helper (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You’ll support the team in the manufacture and assembly of extraction systems for Festool
• You’ll assemble individual parts and components into finished sub-assemblies according to specifications
• You will fit and screw on attachments and small parts to the respective extraction systems
• Working on the shop floor, you will play an active role in optimising processes and equipment
• As part of production support, you will ensure that processes run smoothly at your workstation
• In line with the zero-defect strategy, you will test the functionality of the assembled systems
• You identify faulty or incomplete components and report them
• You keep your workstation clean and ensure order on the assembly line

What we’re looking for

• As a career changer (m/f/d), you are very welcome
• You have a basic command of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is part of your portfolio
• You bring manual dexterity and technical understanding to the assembly of extraction systems
• Working carefully and accurately is important to you, particularly during quality checks in line with the zero-defect strategy
• You demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility when carrying out your tasks
• You bring the ability to work in a team, good communication skills and an interest in optimising work processes directly in the workplace
