• In this role, you will be responsible for assembling sub-assemblies from standardised components
• Your main tasks will include the precise stacking and assembly of disc springs (approx. 1–2 cm)
• You will be responsible for the careful handling of the smallest and most delicate components
• You will carry out visual and quality checks on the assembled sub-assemblies
• You will reliably adhere to work instructions and quality standards
• You will ensure your workstation is tidy and clean

• Ideally, you will have some initial experience in assembly or manufacturing
• but you are also very welcome to apply if you are changing careers (m/f/d)
• You live nearby or are mobile with your own car
• You are willing to work a two-shift system
• You are characterised by a keen sense of precision and good manual dexterity
• A calm, focused and meticulous approach to work comes naturally to you
• You bring patience and an eye for detail when working with delicate small parts
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a good command of German and a valid work permit, round off your profile
