• You prepare the assembly order in accordance with the work plan
• You check the materials against the bill of materials to ensure they are complete and correct
• You stock the work order with materials, tools, fixtures and test equipment
• You carry out the complete assembly of sub-assemblies and components in accordance with the drawings, parts lists and the work plan
• You carry out alignment and adjustment work as well as taking measurements, and check the work carried out, under supervision where necessary
• You mark the work step as complete, for example via barcode, stamping or via menu-driven data-entry devices
• You resolve, or arrange for the resolution of, process disruptions such as tool breakage or interfering contours
• You pass on descriptions of disruptions to the team leader
• As part of the worker’s self-inspection, you check the dimensional accuracy, condition and completeness of the workpieces
• You report any deviations to your supervisor
• You carry out reworking such as deburring or cleaning

• You have completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have more than 5 years’ professional experience
• You have also gained experience in assembly technology
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• You are a reliable worker
