Assembly Technician (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will assemble pre-assembled components for complex machining centres in accordance with technical specifications
• You will carry out the complete assembly of components independently and with precision
• You will assemble lubrication lines, oil distributors and hydraulic and pneumatic components
• You will install cable carriers and connect them correctly
• You will carry out measurements on the assembled sub-assemblies and components
• In the event of deviations, you will troubleshoot and rectify technical faults
• As part of the worker’s self-inspection, you will check your work for quality and dimensional accuracy
• You carefully document the work steps and checks carried out
• You read technical drawings and assembly plans and put them into practice
• You use tools and measuring equipment correctly and maintain them

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as

mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)

or a comparable qualification

• You have experience in the assembly of sub-assemblies, ideally on complex machining centres
• You are familiar with lubrication lines, hydraulics and pneumatics
• you understand electrical diagrams and can work to them
• basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is one of your strengths; you also have a car to get to the workplace
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team, and a precise and proactive approach to your work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
