• You will be responsible for checking that orders are complete and that materials are available, based on the order documentation
• You will be responsible for supplying parts and materials to assembly benches or eccentric presses
• You will also be responsible for assembling sub-assemblies in accordance with specifications, including caulking and fixing
• You will be responsible for fitting various assemblies into the spring housing and securing the scale plate
• You will be responsible for checking that the assembly is fully functional and complete
• You are responsible for identifying and rectifying defects and, where necessary, reporting them to your supervisor
• Visual inspection of housing tubes falls within your remit
