• You will be responsible for maintaining a trusting working relationship with the internal shared service centres and all external contacts in day-to-day business operations
• You will also be responsible for liaising closely between the finance teams and the operational departments to continuously foster cooperative collaboration
• You will also oversee the structured management of all fixed assets, from acquisition to disposal, including the proper recording of all relevant transactions
• Your responsibilities also include the timely preparation of accurate reports on current investments and the entire fixed asset portfolio for internal management
• As part of your role, you will assist with the regular review of all fixed asset values to identify any irregularities and ensure the accuracy of asset records
• Furthermore, you will actively assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as the proper maintenance of the fixed assets register
• Finally, you will be responsible for the continuous optimisation of existing accounting workflows and will play an active role in various cross-departmental special projects

• You have successfully completed further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) as well as an apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
• you also have solid practical professional experience in financial accounting and have been involved in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• You are distinguished by your confident knowledge of the SAP FI and FI-AA systems, as well as standard MS Office applications
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as a confident command of English for international communication
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a strong team spirit, excellent communication skills and a consistently reliable and customer-focused approach
• Finally, you possess above-average resilience, excel at time management and work with a high degree of independence and precision at all times
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
