• You will be responsible for the comprehensive management and posting of all fixed assets, including the recording of additions, disposals and transfers as well as master data maintenance in the SAP S/4HANA system
• In addition, you will be responsible for providing timely support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, quarterly and annual financial statements of all companies and the entire Group in accordance with the applicable HGB guidelines
• In addition, you will be responsible for the ongoing reconciliation of accounts and the careful preparation of fixed asset analyses as part of the annual financial statement preparation process, taking into account the existing Group specifications and internal processes
• The capitalisation of completed construction measures and the monitoring of the associated investment projects are also part of your tasks within the financial accounting and asset management team
• As part of your work, you will provide support with the reporting by regularly preparing detailed reports and in-depth analyses on asset development for management and other specialist departments
• Furthermore, you will support the methodological and procedural development as well as the consistent digitalisation of the entire financial accounting department with your technical expertise and your technical understanding of new systems
• Finally, you will be responsible for organising and carrying out the inventory of fixed assets and reconciling the inventory results with the responsible employees from Accounting and Controlling

• You have successfully completed further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) or balance sheet accountant (m/f/d) as the main qualification for this responsible position
• Your sound basis is a completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office clerk (m/f/d) with many years of professional experience in the areas of accounting and taxes
• In addition, you have very secure knowledge of a common ERP system, ideally SAP S/4HANA, and have a high affinity for numbers and the common MS Office applications
• You have extensive experience in financial or asset or asset accounting in a comparable position characterises you and enables you to quickly familiarise yourself with our existing Group structures and processes
• Your written and spoken German language skills at native speaker level and your open attitude towards new technologies and processes ideally round off your personal profile for this position
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of structured and independent working methods and a strong hands-on mentality, to successfully and goal-orientedly master the daily tasks in the team
• In addition to your professional expertise, you will also need a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany to fulfil this responsible position
